You will help embed a culture of care, translate insights into action, and protect the health and wellbeing of staff across retail and hospitality.Reporting to the Head of Safety, Health & Wellbeing, you will travel to sites to coach teams, conduct inspections, and drive the SH&W; strategy on the ground.
