Are you an experienced A-Grade Electrician ready for your next move? JNJ Electrics is looking for a motivated tradesperson to join our close-knit team delivering high-quality electrical service, maintenance, and project work across commercial, government, and corporate clients throughout Victoria.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives on diversity and takes pride in their workmanship.
Key responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance and servicing
- Emergency breakdowns, fault-finding, and motor control (no programming required)
- After-hours call-outs and general installation work
- Collaborating professionally with clients to deliver precise, effective, and high-quality outcomes
- Occasional travel to regional Victoria to service clients, including overnight stays when required (allowance provided)
- You'll need to be adaptable and responsive to reactive maintenance, with participation in a rotating on-call roster.

About You
- A minimum of 2 years' post-apprenticeship electrical experience
- Strong attention to detail, even under tight time constraints
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain professionalism with clients and stakeholders
Highly Desirable Experience
- Switchboard upgrades and replacements
- Lighting control automation and BAS systems
Essential Qualifications
- Elevated Work Platform Licence <11M
- Working With Children Check (current)
Desirable Qualifications
- Elevated Work Platform Licence >11M (High Risk)
- Data Registration with endorsements
- Rail Industry Worker (RIW)
