In this role you will play a senior leadership and commercial role within ICON Management's Creator Division, with primary responsibility for strengthening creator partnerships, brand and agency relationships, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across the Sydney office. This role operates as a key support and execution lead, working with the Head of Creators and Head of Strategy to translate agreed strategy into action.

The position attends client meetings alongside Creator agents, reinforces ICON's agency relationships at a business level, and supports consistent standards, collaboration, and execution across the Sydney Creator team. The role holds a tightly curated roster of high-performing creators, focused on high-value commercial outcomes, while also providing senior oversight of how talent across all relevant rosters is represented to clients. The Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships (Sydney) plays a critical role in maintaining transparency, fairness, and alignment in talent presentation, supporting agents while protecting ICON's long-term commercial integrity. This position also leverages existing industry, brand, PR, and media relationships to create access to new rooms, conversations, and commercial opportunities for ICON and its talent.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Partnerships & Talent Management
n
n
- Sign and manage a deliberately small, high-value roster of creators, prioritising commercially established or high-potential talent capable of generating significant annual revenue.
n
- Build long-term, strategic partnerships with managed creators, focused on sustainable growth, brand alignment, and premium commercial outcomes.
n
- Provide senior guidance and strategic oversight across the broader Sydney talent roster, supporting agents with input where appropriate.
n
n
Client Meetings,
Agency Relationships & Talent Representation
n
n
- Attend key client and agency meetings as a support partner to Creator agents, strengthening ICON's presence and reinforcing agency-level relationships beyond individual agents.
n
- Ensure ICON presents as a unified, professional agency with consistent standards across all client interactions.
n
- Support fair, transparent, and comprehensive talent presentation by ensuring all suitable ICON talent across relevant rosters are consistently considered for client opportunities.
n
- Act as a senior escalation and alignment point where representation, commercial, or strategic decisions require oversight.
n
n
Team Support, Execution & Operational Alignment
n
n
- Support the day-to-day function of the Sydney Creator team by assisting with coordination, follow-through, and execution of agreed initiatives.
n
- Work closely with the National Head of Creator& Strategy ensure strategies, rollouts, and directives are effectively implemented within the Sydney office.
n
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and practical support to Creator agents to uplift capability, collaboration, and commercial outcomes.
n
- Act as a key point of alignment between strategy, execution, and day-to-day operations within the Sydney Creator team.
n

Business Development, Activations & Partnerships
n
n
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with brands, agencies, and industry partners to drive new business opportunities for ICON talent.
n
- Leverage existing PR, media,
and brand contacts to create access to recent rooms, conversations, and commercial opportunities.
n
- Support negotiation and finalisation of creator contracts, partnerships, ambassadorships, and campaigns in line with ICON's commercial frameworks and approval processes.
n
- Identify scalable partnership and activation opportunities that enhance ICON's market positioning and creator outcomes.
n
n
Reporting, Oversight & Visibility
n
n
- Maintain oversight of client activity, talent representation patterns, and commercial performance within the Sydney office.
n
- Provide visibility and reporting to the Head of Creators, Head of Strategy, and CEO on opportunities, risks, and operational issues as required.
n
- Contribute to the development of systems, templates, and processes that support transparency, consistency, and operational efficiency.
n
