With continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking for an experienced Installer / Carpenter to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‐on tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship, can confidently read plans and measurements, and enjoys seeing a quality installation come together from start to finish.

About the Role

n

Working across a variety of sites throughout Melbourne, you will be responsible for installing premium gates, fencing and associated systems while ensuring each project is completed safely, accurately and to a high standard.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Install premium aluminium gates, fencing and associated systems
n
- Install gate automation equipment where required
n
- Read and interpret construction plans, shop drawings and measurements
n
- Complete installations accurately and efficiently
n
- Use hand and power tools safely and confidently
n
- Troubleshoot installation issues and identify practical solutions on site
n
- Ensure projects are completed within required timeframes




n
- Maintain clean, organised and safe worksites
n
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver a high-quality finished product
n

What We're Looking For

- Current White Card
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Ability to read and interpret plans and shop drawings
n
- Strong practical and problem‐solving skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
n
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands‐on installation role
n
- Commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Carpentry or trade background
n
- Previous experience installing gates, fencing or similar products
n
- Experience with gate automation systems
n
- Welding experience
n
- Excavator, forklift or other relevant machinery tickets
n
