Job Description

Latrobe Community Health Service in Morwell, VIC, is seeking a compassionate Social Support Group Facilitator & Meal Coordinator on a permanent part time basis (60 hours per fortnight).

You will coordinate social support group activities, oversee nutritious meals, manage volunteers and transport, and ensure records and compliance are met while delivering high‐quality outcomes for older adults and the broader community.
