Role Overview

n

We're seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a collaborative technology team and play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.

n

This 12-month contract opportunity sits at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements and support the successful implementation of recent systems, AI-enabled solutions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
n
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across business and technology teams
n
- Support AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation
n
- Work closely with delivery teams during solution design, testing and deployment
n
- Support data, reporting and process improvement initiatives
n
- Contribute to service management and continuous improvement activities
n
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful solution outcomes
n

Skills & Experience

n

n




- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments
n
- Demonstrated experience supporting AI, automation, digital or technology transformation programs
n
- Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation skills
n
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
n
- Experience working across enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, Finance, Procurement or Data platforms
n
- Sound understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management practices
n
- Strong exposure to Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
n
- Experience supporting testing, UAT and implementation activities
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
n
