The Role: Why You’ll Love It

As our first point of contact, you are the curator of the patient experience. You’ll be responsible for keeping the studio humming and our patients smiling.

Your day-to-day will involve:

- Creating Connections: Welcoming patients with warmth and enjoying genuine conversations.
- The Smooth Operator: Managing the diary, booking/rescheduling appointments, and keeping the schedule tight.
- Tech & Admin:



Handling HICAPS/EFTPOS transactions and keeping our practice management system up to date.
- Studio Pride: Ensuring the studio looks pristine and handling the sterilisation of instruments (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).
