Konami Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Level 1 IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support specialist to ensure employees have reliable access to systems, apps, and technology. You will handle hardware, software and network issues, assist with deployment and routine maintenance, and contribute to day-to-day IT operations.

You’ll troubleshoot Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, email, internet access and business applications, while maintaining asset registers and knowledge base articles.
