The Role

As aVCE Legal Studies Teacherat ourCaulfield Campus, you will join a dynamic and collaborative learning community dedicated to delivering exceptional educational experiences.

Key Duties

- Review and assess students at the beginning of each program
- Provide a flexible program that caters for individual students
- Deliver learning programs thatdemonstratearesearch basedknowledge of how students learn
- Evaluate personal teaching and learning programs including feedback from students and assessment data to inform planning
- Modelhigh expectationsto enable a safe and supportive classroom culture
- Provide reports within school standards and timelines
- Embrace a culture of collaboration to enhance student learning

Skills and Experience

- Experience teachingVCELegal StudiesUnits 1-4 is essential.Versatility to teach another VCE commerce subject will be an advantage.
- Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to students’ academic and personal growth
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Committed to ongoing professional development, staying current with legal developments, and approaching teaching with a proactive, reflective, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Holds a current VIT Registration along with specialised teaching qualifications inLegal Studiesor related fields.
