Job Description

Dragonfly is seeking an experienced Director of Operations in Australia to lead our last-mile delivery operations and growth strategy. You will be a core member of the leadership team driving process improvement, people development and network performance to support increasing delivery volumes across Australia.

The role requires a robust background in logistics, operations management, strategic planning and team leadership, reporting to the Managing Director for Dragonfly Australia.
