You will manage end-to-end employee relations cases, coach leaders, and support investigations across a hybrid work model.
The role may be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, with hybrid arrangements enabling time in-office and at home.
You will partner with the People team to implement best-practice processes, interpret contracts and enterprise agreements, and influence leaders across the business.
