Depot Pharmacist - Clinical Supply Solutions

The Depot Pharmacist will be responsible for leading depot operations — including reception, storage, shipment, returns, and/or destruction of stored materials — in compliance with all applicable regulatory, GMP, GCP, and GDP standards. The role also involves releasing shipments for distribution and signing off on key operational processes in accordance with Australian Regulatory Authority requirements.

Key responsibilities

n

Verify and sign operational jobs, release shipments, manage product status changes, and physically perform packing of inbound, outbound, and returned shipments

n

Ensure expired stock is moved to quarantine and participate in scheduled weekend stock control tasks

n

Uphold GMP, GDP, GCP, ICH, GxP, and all applicable local and international standards

n

Lead secondary packaging relabeling tasks and perform quality checks when required

n

Participate in authoring and reviewing SOPs, work instructions, and training documents

n

Verify, organize, and maintain accurate shipment and product documentation

n

Operate the Clinical ERP system and be willing to train on EWP equipment

n

Maintain daily contact with clients regarding depot-stored protocols

n





Collaborate with internal teams to resolve clinical and commercial matters and ensure timely, accurate reporting

n

Participate in a 24/7 on-call roster for emergency response to product temperature control concerns

n

About you

n

Degree in Pharmacy (or Diploma Holder as a Pharmacist per local regulations)

n

Full command of English

n

Experience in a management role, ideally within the Clinical Trial industry

n

Ability to work across temperature-controlled environments and participate in a 24/7 on-call roster
