Key Responsibilities

n

n




- Managing daily site operations across multiple residential construction projects
n
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and trades
n
- Ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
n
- Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining strong WH&S; compliance
n
- Managing construction schedules, trade sequencing, and project milestonesLiaising with clients, office staff, construction managers, suppliers, and contractors
n
- Identifying and resolving site issues quickly and professionally
n
- Maintaining accurate site documentation, progress updates, defects, and handover requirements
n
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the build process
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction
n
- Strong background managing current home builds, volume residential projects, or custom residential construction
n
- Current QBCC Builder Low Rise Certification or QBCC Site Supervisor Low Rise licenceTrade background highly regarded, ideally carpentry or a related building trade
n
- Sound knowledge of Queensland building legislation, codes, standards, and site safety requirements
n
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects, trades, deadlines, and priorities at once
n
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
n
- Current driver's licence and White Card
n
- Proactive, reliable, hands on, and solutions focused
n
