n We are currently seeking areliable and compassionate Disability Support Workerto provide fullcare and assistance toa ventilated 31-year-old male with a spinal cord injury;this care will help himliveat home with hisfamily.

n

Duties include but not limited to:

n

Ventilation and tracheostomymanagement

n

Medicationadministration

n

Assistance with Allied health tasks

n

Domestic tasks

n

Documentation and reporting

n

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

n

Monday to Sunday 8am to 4pm daily - Please indicate your availability within the application form.

Requirements:

Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing

Current references

n

Current driver's licence and your own car with insurance

n

NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)

n

First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain (mandatory)

n

Working With Children Check – Paid (mandatory)

n

Certificate III (Ageing and Disability) or equivalent (mandatory)

n
