Videographer & Content Creator - Digital Marketing

Full-Time | Onsite | Geelong, VIC

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Videographer & Content Creator to join our growing group of businesses across healthcare, dental, childcare, education and professional training.

n

Videography and premium content creation are the primary responsibilities of this role.

n

This is a full-time onsite position based in Geelong. Due to the hands‐on nature of filming, photography and content production, working from home or a hybrid arrangement is not available for this role.

n

We are looking for someone with a professional production-house mindset who can independently take content from concept → shoot → edit → publish.

n

You must be confident working with professional mirrorless cameras, lenses, flashes, studio and location lighting, microphones and audio equipment, and be capable of producing polished, cinematic content.

n

Primary Responsibility – Videography & Content Creation

n

You will be responsible for producing premium visual content across our businesses, including:

n

n
- Plan, direct, shoot and edit professional video content
n
- Operate professional mirrorless camera systems confidently
n
- Select appropriate lenses, camera settings and equipment for each shoot
n
- Work confidently with flashes, continuous lights, softboxes, reflectors and lighting modifiers
n
- Set up wireless, lapel and shotgun microphones and deliver professional-quality audio
n
- Produce cinematic video and photography, not simply point‐and‐shoot social content
n
- Film interviews, testimonials, educational videos, events, training programs and promotional campaigns
n
- Produce high‐quality Reels and short‐form social media videos
n
- Create professional portraits, team photos, lifestyle photography and commercial brand photography
n
- Edit video to a professional commercial standard
n




- Perform audio editing, sound design and music selection
n

n

You should be capable of producing content that has the quality and feel of a professional production house, while working efficiently within an in‐house business environment.

n

Social Media & Publishing

n

In addition to production, you will:

n

- Manage the content calendar across our brands
n
- Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
n
- Create Reels, Stories, posts and other platform‐specific content
n
- Maintain consistent brand presentation across platforms
n
- Monitor engagement and content performance
n

n

Secondary Role

n

WordPress & Website Content

n

You will also assist with:

n

n
- Updating and maintaining WordPress websites
n
- Publishing blogs, videos, photographs and new content
n
- Creating and updating landing pages
n
- Supporting basic SEO and website optimisation
n

n

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

n

You will work alongside our marketing team to support:

n

n
- Meta and Google lead‐generation campaigns
n
- Creation of high‐quality advertising videos and photography
n
- Campaign landing pages and creative assets
n
- Tracking lead sources and campaign performance
n
- Improving campaign creative based on performance
n
- Increasing enquiries and conversions across our businesses
n

n

You do not need to be a senior performance marketing specialist, but you should understand how great creative content supports digital advertising and lead generation.

What We're Looking For

Essential:





n

- Strong professional videography experience
n
- Strong photography skills
n
- Excellent understanding of professional mirrorless camera systems
n
- Professional lighting and flash experience
n
- Professional microphone and audio experience
n
- Strong video editing skills
n
- Photography editing and retouching skills
n
- Understanding of cinematic composition and visual storytelling
n
- Experience creating commercial and social media content
n
- Ability to independently manage production from concept through to final delivery
n
- Strong attention to detail
n

n

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent professional software will be highly regarded.

n

Experience with gimbals, drones, multi‐camera productions, podcast/interview setups, to some extend experience WordPress, Meta Ads and Google Ads would also be an advantage.

n

People Skills, Direction & Public Interaction

n

This is a highly people‐facing role. Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers and the public are essential.

n

Significant – Onsite Position

n

The role will primarily operate across our business locations in Geelong and Hoppers Crossing, and regular travel between these locations will be required for filming, photography, events and content creation.

n

This position does not offer a work‐from‐home or hybrid option.

n
