This is both an exciting and rewarding role supporting the growth of developments across the city.
What's on offer: $76ph - $86ph + Super 12-month contract with robust potential for extension Sydney-based government role Hybrid working options Main duties: Prepare Statements of Environmental Effects (SEEs) and Review of Environmental Factors (REFs) to support project approvals Provide planning advice and guide projects from inception through to approval Strong background with residential development assessments (essential)
