Tallangatta Health Service is seeking a Health Care Worker to support our community home care team in providing person-centred services. You will assist consumers to remain living independently at home with personal care, nutrition, hydration and transport as required.

We emphasise safe, compassionate care, explicit documentation, and communication of any changes in a consumer's condition. Certification and screening are mandatory for this role, ensuring high-quality care for our residents.
