Tree Workers / Arborists - Multiple Positions (Seymour, VIC)

- Chipper Operators (Entry Level) A great starting point for those new to the industry and keen to learn.
n
- Experienced Tree Workers (2+ years' experience) Confident working across all aspects of vegetation management.
n
- EWP Operators (Experienced + EWP Ticket) Working safely around live electrical networks using EWPs.
n
- Machine Operator (1+ years' experience) Operate vegetation machinery, complete pre-starts, set exclusion zones, and support ground crew.
n
- Climbers (Experienced + Cert III Arboriculture) Skilled climbers who take pride in quality and safety.
n
- Vegetation Inspectors / Scopers (Cert III Horticulture) Responsible for identifying, scoping, and planning vegetation works.
n
- Supervisors (Experienced - Leadership Focused) Lead crews on site to deliver safe, high-quality vegetation works.

About you:

n

This is physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions. You're reliable, physically fit, and enjoy hands-on work in outdoor environments. You take safety seriously, work well in a team, and are willing to travel or live away from home when required.

n

Experience in vegetation management is highly regarded, but we also welcome applicants with transferable skills from construction, labouring, agriculture, or similar industries.

n
