Sportsmith invites a Part time Head of Performance and Strength & Conditioning to lead the club's High Performance Services in Sydney.
You will integrate the Super Netball and Reserve programs, delivering strategic guidance and cohesive performance support across disciplines.
You will design strength and conditioning plans, monitor loads, and collaborate with coaches, medical staff and practitioners to optimise athlete performance, development and recovery under a 0.8 FTE arrangement.
