Job Description

We have an opportunity for an experienced massage therapist or remedial massage therapist to join our group of expert health practitioners in Preston.

Offering a variety of services including physiotherapy, clinical pilates, massage, dietetics, psychology and pilates, Balance North provides access to experts in a modern studio with a green outdoor space. Balance North gives individuals the chance to pause, breathe, and find balance.

Work Type:

n

This is a casual role for 1-2 days per week, ideally across Thursday (+/- Tuesday) afternoon/evening, with the opportunity to work with and build on an established case load and client list.

Pay

n

Pay is offered at the casual rate under:

n

1) Health & Beauty Award - $39/hour

n

Tasks and Responsibilities

Work alongside experienced physiotherapists and contribute to building and nurturing a client base through grassroots promotion and premium care.

n

Work in collaboration with our team of allied health skilled to offer an effortless approach to care.

n

Be paid for changeover time, preparation, notes and administration time.

n

Qualifications and Experience:

n

Recognised qualification in massage therapy (required) and remedial massage therapy (not essential but preferential).

n

Ability to maintain and grow your caseload

n

1-2 years' experience in private practice preferred

n

Outstanding communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

n

Current First Aid and CPR

n

Australian work rights are required for this position

Thursday 2.30-7.30pm and/or

n

Tuesday 2.30-7.30pm
