Your Role: More Than a Job

n

As our specialist, you'll be the concierge of mental health services, listening deeply, understanding what matters to each person, and guiding them toward the right pathway. Whether it's a straightforward referral or a creative solution to meet unique needs, you'll make each interaction count.

Core responsibilities include:

n

Being the warm, non-judgmental first point of contact for enquiries.

n

Conducting needs assessments to understand each individual's situation.

n

Providing clear, informed referrals and service navigation.

n

Following up to ensure smooth and supportive care journeys.

n

Championing a strengths-based approach that focuses on what's robust,



not just what's wrong.

n

What We're Looking For

n

Genuine empathy and curiosity about people's unique stories.

n

A strengths-based mindset and excellent communication skills.

n

Ability to explore, explain, and connect people to services that fit them best.

n

Flexibility, creativity, and comfort with problem-solving in the moment.

n

Relevant qualifications — Qualification in Social Work, Nursing (RN/EN), or other Allied Health professions with mental health experience.

n

Required clearances — NDIS Worker Screening & Working With Children Check.
