Key Responsibilities

- Carryoutservicing,repairs,andpreventativemaintenanceofmaterialhandlingequipment

- Diagnosemechanicalandtechnicalfaultsusingindustryknowledgeandproblem-solvingskills
n
- Completeon-siteandworkshop-basedserviceactivitiesefficientlyandprofessionally
n
- Inspectequipmentperformanceandrecommendappropriaterepairsolutions
n
- Providereliabletechnicalsupportanddeliverexcellentcustomerservice
n
- Maintainaccurateservicereports,maintenancerecords,andjobdocumentation
n
- Workcloselywithserviceteamstoachievesafety,quality,andoperationaltargets
n
- Applyworkplacehealthandsafetyproceduresduringallmaintenanceactivities
n
- Developproductknowledgethroughtraining,mentoring,andhands-onexperience

- ProvenexperienceasaServiceTechnician,FieldTechnician,orsimilartechnicalrole

- Relevanttradequalificationwithpracticalindustryexperience

- Minimumthreeyearsofrelevantworkexperienceorequivalentformaltrainingpathway

- Strongfault-findinganddiagnosticskillsacrossmechanicalandtechnicalsystems

- AbilitytocommunicateeffectivelyinEnglish
