Job Description

Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults (9-25) with disability, across Melton and nearby regions. You'll lead a Youth Team, coordinate NDIS-funded therapy packages, and work across homes, schools, and community settings to help participants achieve education, personal, social, and work-life goals.

Role requires a relevant qualification with registration, plus two years' experience with youth and a willingness to work toward billable
