Prestige Cars Group is a growing automotive retailer representing some of the Gold Coast's most luxurious dealerships. We represent Porsche, JLR, BYD, DENZA & Coastal Car Co, and pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Porsche Centre Gold Coast team in Southport.

n

To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably with a luxury automotive brand.
n
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and motivating a sales team.
n
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n
- A passion for the Porsche brand and an understanding of luxury car sales.
n
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
n
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
n
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
n

You will be responsible for the total management of our vehicle sales department with the focus on maximising profitability, while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

n

This will involve:

n

- Managing,



mentoring and motivating a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
n
- Overseeing the entire sales process to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
n
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize showroom performance.
n
- Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to senior management.
n
- Remaining up-to-date with Porsche's products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position the brand and grow the business.

This is a full time position working from 8am - 5:30pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. We also offer a weekly flexi day which would be discussed with the successful candidate at the time of interview.
