This max term, part‐time role (20 hours/week through Sept ) involves inpatient and ambulatory care, education of patients on immunosuppressants, and active participation in MDT discussions and drug monitoring clinics.
You will develop protocols and lead a pharmacist‐led clinic, contributing to secure, cost‐effective IBD care.
