We are partnering with a well-established organisation in the health and wellness sector, looking for an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver to join their warehouse team in Braeside.

n

ABOUT THE ROLE

n

We currently have an prospect available for an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver to join a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

n

This is a casual afternoon shift position covering a team member currently assigned to another role. Ongoing work will be available until they return.

n

The successful candidate will operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts, receive and put away stock, load and unload trucks, and support general warehouse operations.

n

SHIFT DETAILS

n

Afternoon Shift: 2:50 PM – 11:00 PM

n

Pay Rate: $43.58 per hour + super

n

Employment: Casual

n

Ongoing and consistent work

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

Operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.

n

Load and unload trucks.

n

Receive and receipt inbound stock.

n

Put away stock into warehouse racking systems, up to 5 bays high.

n

Perform manual handling duties, including bagging, wrapping, and strapping stock.

n

Use warehouse systems, including Manage 2000.

n





Maintain accurate stock handling and warehouse records.

n

Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

n

Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

n

Current LF Forklift Licence – essential.

n

Strong high-reach forklift experience, particularly in narrow aisles.

n

Previous counterbalance forklift experience.

n

Experience in FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, or bulk goods environments is highly regarded.

n

Basic computer skills.

n

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse.

n

Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

n

Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg.

n

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.

n

Ability to work efficiently during busy periods with high truck activity.

n

Strong commitment to the afternoon shift.

n

Ability to pass a police check.

n

PPE REQUIREMENTS

n

Candidates must have their own:

n

High-visibility vest.

n

Safety boots.

n

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

$43.58 per hour + super.
