You will translate enterprise change into practical readiness plans, communications and adoption strategies for a blue-collar workforce.
You will develop roadmaps, assess impacts, coordinate dependencies and ensure safety, fatigue, tools and skills are addressed before go-live, while coaching teams and reporting to governance forums.
