Sushi Sushi, Australia’s largest sushi brand, seeks a VIC Company Area Manager to join our Support Office team. Reporting to the VIC State Manager, you will lead a multi-site retail operation, energise teams, and drive sales while upholding store standards.
You will manage P&L; performance, KPI reporting, and customer experience, with a strong focus on process improvements, OH&S;, and staff development. A versatile schedule and travel within VIC are expected.
