Job Description

The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for Open House in Alice Springs. You will deliver intake, assessment, and collaborative case planning for men in supported housing, help them meet bail or parole conditions and connect to essential services.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure culturally safe, person-centred practice and maintain accurate records aligned with TSA standards. This is a full time permanent role in Central Australia.
