Job Description

Coles Group in Victoria seeks a Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a multi-million dollar store, reporting to the Regional Manager, and to deliver the store plan and exceptional customer service.

You'll lead a large team (100+), drive commercial targets, ensure safety, compliance, and vibrant merchandising, and foster a one-team culture that puts customers and wellbeing first.
