We are seeking an IT Systems Support Officer to join our Technology Team and play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day technology experience of our people. The role will be based out of our Sydney/Dubbo office.

The Opportunity:

WeareseekinganITSystemsSupportOfficertojoinourTechnologyTeamandplayacriticalroleinsupportingtheday-to daytechnologyexperienceofourpeople.TherolewillbebasedoutofourSydney/Dubbooffice.

ReportingtotheHeadofInfrastructure,you'llberesponsibleforprovidingresponsivefirst-levelITsupport,managingtechnologyassets,supportingemployeeonboardingandoffboarding,andworking closelywithourManagedServiceProvidertoensureissuesareresolvedefficiently.

Thisroleisidealforsomeonewhoenjoysa hands-on environment, values strong customer service, and wants the opportunity to develop their technical skills while working across a broad range of technologies and business systems.

Key responsibilities

- Supportingsoftwaredeployment,deviceconfigurationandongoingtechnologymaintenance
- WorkingcloselywithourManagedServiceProvidertomonitorservicelevelsandescalateissueswhen required
- Assistingwithprocurementactivitiesandmaintainingappropriatetechnologystocklevelsacrossthe business
- Deliveringusertraining,guidanceandsupporttohelpteammembersgetthemostfromtechnology
- Helpingmaintaindocumentation,processesandoperationalproceduresthatsupportefficienttechnology services

About you:





You'llbringacombinationoftechnicalcapability,strongcommunicationskillsandagenuinedesiretohelpotherssucceedthroughtechnology.

- Experienceworkinginatechnologysupport,helpdeskorITsystemssupportrole
- WorkingknowledgeofMicrosoft365andMicrosoftdesktoptechnologies
- Excellentcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytoexplaintechnicalconceptsinaclearandpracticalway
- Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttofollowingestablishedprocesses
- Abilitytobuildpositiverelationshipswithinternalstakeholdersandexternalproviders
- ExperiencewithITassetmanagementanddevicelifecyclemanagement
- Knowledgeofonboardingandoffboardingprocesseswithinaprofessionalservicesenvironment
