Job Description

The Role:
n This leading national organisation operates within the Facilities Management sector and the Technical Facility Manager will oversee technical services delivery for a financial institution.

n

Managing one direct report and multiple maintenance contractors to deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance for a high profile corporate client.

n

Full time permanent position, office based Monday to Friday, 8.30-5pm.

n

The Responsibilities:

n

n
- Support and manage maintenance ofCRAC units, UPS, HVAC, Chillers, Fire and alarm systems, power, fire, BMS etc.
n
- Address incidents and maintain uptime
n
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality service delivery
n
- Liaise with soft services and property teams
n
- Manage contracts,vendors and consultants to deliver works
n
- Manage work orders
n
- Ensure compliance with governance, protocols, documentation and CMMS
n
- Report regularly to management and client
n
- Participate in audits and inspections
n
- Liaise with facilities vendors, client and Base Building Management
n

n

TheSuccessfulCriteria:

n

n
- 5+ years experience managing technical maintenance services
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering,Project Management,



Construction etc or relevant Trade essential
n
- Must have corporate office experience - essential
n
- Experience in Financial or Banking environment is highly advantageous
n
- High level attention to detail, reporting skills and process orientated preferred
n
- The ability to work autonomously and be hands-on when required
n
- Strong presentation and customer relationship management skills
n
- Be comfortable to undertake background checks including police check, credit check + ID check
n
- Provide after hours support and on call requirements on a 2 week on/off roster
n
