Job Description
QBE Insurance in Australia is seeking an experienced disputes qualified to join its Internal Dispute Resolution team, reporting to the Senior Manager.
This role manages end-to-end complaints across General Insurance products and requires analysing policies, legislation and expert evidence.
You will engage with customers and internal/external stakeholders, apply policy and legislation, and identify root causes to drive improvements.
Hybrid work, permanent full time role.
