You will oversee staff, rostering, bar and restaurant functions, and ensure OH&S; and food hygiene standards are met.
A energetic leader who thrives in a quick-paced sports bar setting is ideal.
Experience in hospitality management, financial control, and team development is essential; RSA, RSG, TAB basics/Advanced
