You will lead client-side test strategy, governance, and quality assurance for a major cloud transformation program replacing legacy systems. Oversee end-to-end testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, integrations, and data migration.
What you will be doing:
- Own the test strategy covering SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and release readiness across Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Govern vendor test execution, manage defect triage, and provide evidence-based go/no-go release readiness assessments.
- Collaborate with solution architects, delivery vendors, and business SMEs to ensure seamless business process acceptance.
- Utilise Azure DevOps Test Plans to drive test traceability, execution dashboards, and quality gate reporting.
- 10+ years experience in software testing, experience in senior test management and governance roles working within government or regulated environments.
- Hands-on experience leading testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Background in API integration testing, legacy system migration validation, and writing SQL queries.
