EML Group in Australia is hiring a Senior Systems & Reporting Specialist to lead the ongoing management, development and maintenance of our People Systems (Workday).
You will ensure processes run smoothly and are easy to use.
As a subject matter expert, you'll deliver governance, analytics and reporting, support recent technologies, and train managers to maximise adoption across the employee life cycle.
This role offers hybrid work and a full time arrangement on a 6-month parental leave contract.
