About the role

n





Paisley Park is seeking passionate and dedicated casual Educators to join our teams across our Victorian Centres in Chadstone, Malvern, Ashburton and Sandringham. We are looking for educators who genuinely love working with children, have a strong understanding of children's development, learning and wellbeing, and are able to confidently work across different age groups and established routines. As a casual Educator, you will have the opportunity to work across our centres, supporting children and teams where needed. You will be warmly welcomed into our established environments and supported by experienced and knowledgeable educators and leaders.

We are looking for people who are:

n

n
- Passionate about providing high-quality education and care
n
- Certificate III or Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Australian citizens with their own reliable transport
n
- Knowledgeable about children's development, learning and wellbeing
n
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work confidently across different age groups
n
- Comfortable stepping into established rooms, routines and programs
n
- Warm, professional and able to build positive relationships with children,



families and colleagues
n
- Reliable, responsible and committed to maintaining high standards of practice
n
- Available to work a full day or several days at a time, with flexibility around working hours
n

Essential requirements

n

Applicants must hold and maintain all certifications and clearances required to work in Victorian early childhood education and care, including:

n

n
- Current Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis training and Asthma training
n
- Child Safe Standards training
n
- Child Protection training
n
- Current Police Check
n
- Understanding of the Paramount Consideration Principle and the responsibilities it places on educators
n
- Understanding of and commitment to the National Model Code of Conduct for ECEC
n
- All other mandatory qualifications, checks, training and certifications applicable to the role
n
