About the Role

As one of our Bike Mechanic's, you'll be the go-to expert for all things technical—leading premium builds and having a broad technical background. You'll work hands-on with riders, helping them get the most out of their gear and time on the bike. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves problem-solving, and is eager to share their knowledge.

What You'll Do

n

You enjoy meeting and making a connection with riders and helping to repair their bikes

n

You love all things technical about bikes

n

Provide exceptional customer service and technical consulting

n

Accurately book and manage service jobs using scheduling software

n

Collaborate with Rider Care and Service teams to ensure seamless experiences

n





Stay up to date with the latest products and complete Specialized University training

n

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workshop workplace

n

What You'll Bring

n

1-2 years' experience as a bicycle mechanic (retail experience preferred)

n

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people

n

A love for cycling and enthusiasm for the Specialized brand

n

Ability to lift 25kg+ and stand for extended periods

n

Availability to work weekends as needed

n

Bicycle mechanic certification is a plus
