Key Responsibilities

- Transactions: Assist in drafting, reviewing,
and negotiating complex loan and security documents, commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and advisory matters.
n
- Client Advisory: Provide clear, commercial, and pragmatic legal advice to a broad range of blue chip clients and stakeholders.

About You
n
n
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of post-admission experience within a reputable finance or corporate or commercial law practice.
n
- Skills: Robust legal drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with a sharp commercial acumen.
n
- Attributes: A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
