Job Description
GLAS in Sydney/Melbourne is seeking a Junior Transaction Manager to support a portfolio of * syndicated loans.
You will collect and analyze financial statements, interpret deal terms, and service existing clients in a quick-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
You will collaborate with the GLAS team to deepen knowledge of syndicated loans, coordinate with lenders, and ensure timely compliance with KYC and documentation requirements.
