Genesis Fitness, part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group, is recruiting a Member Services Officer to drive sales, reception and merchandising with a guest-focused approach.
You will prospect, tour, close and refer for future sales while representing the club in a positive, skilled manner.
The role emphasises customer service, cash handling with POS systems, bookings, enrollments and achieving individual and team targets.
A friendly attitude and solid communication are essential.
