Our restaurant Ivy & Jack is having a fresh recent makeover and we're getting ready to welcome guests back through the doors. We're looking for experienced Kitchen Attendants to join our expanding team.

Position: Kitchen Attendant (Part Time) /n

The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We’re looking for Kitchen Attendants to help our chefs make every dish memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our kitchens.

A little taste of your day-to-day: /n

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

/n

/n

- Cleaning and sterilising countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment

/n

- Maintaining food storage areas

/n

- Receiving and organising deliveries to the kitchen

/n

- Supporting the chefs and other kitchen staff in basic food preparation, cutting, peeling and washing

/n

- Removing kitchen waste and washing dirty dishes

/n

What we need from you: /n

/n

- Passion for delivering great service

/n

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Attendant in a busy kitchen environment

/n

- Food Handling Certificate

/n

- Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team

/n

- Is flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, early mornings, weekends and public holidays across a seven-day roster

/n

- Working rights in Australia

/n





- Current national police clearance (not older than 6 months)
