Job Description
PRP Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a part-time contact centre agent at our Tuggerah site to manage first contact with patients and book imaging procedures.
You will handle pre-appointment requirements, patient data across multiple systems, and billing, while liaising with referring doctors and the on-site team.
