OVERVIEW Flinders University is seeking a full-time continuing Transnational Education Advisor based at Bedford Park, Kaurna Country, Australia. The role supports the delivery of transnational education programs and branch campus operations across a global network, with a focus on student-centred administrative services and operational excellence. Working closely with academic staff, partner institutions, and university stakeholders, the successful candidate will contribute to a seamless student experience across the full student lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate student administration activities across the full student lifecycle.
- Support transnational education delivery through academic and teaching administration.
- Provide expert advice and responsive support to students, staff, and education partners.
- Contribute to service improvements, operational processes, and stakeholder engagement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, academic staff, and education partners to deliver responsive, high-quality services.
- Support branch campus operations across a global network.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Deliver administrative support within a dynamic and high-volume environment.

Requirements

- Strong experience coordinating administrative or support services in a complex environment.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse audiences.

- Experience in coordination and provision of support services in a large, diverse, and energetic environment.

- Completion of required pre-employment checks and declarations, including a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and Gender Based Violence Declaration satisfactory to the University.
