The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Supervisor to join our team in a unique leadership role. This position will primarily oversee operations within 1520, Crown Perth's premium speakeasy-style venue, while also providing leadership support across the Urban Food District. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will lead front-line teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive operational excellence, and ensure the highest standards of service across both bar and food & beverage operations.



The role is ideally suited to a hospitality qualified with a strong bar background who enjoys leading teams and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day operations within 1520, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.

- Support operational requirements across the Urban Food District as required.

- Coach, develop and motivate team members to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences.
n
- Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol, licensing requirements, and Crown policies.
n
- Drive bar service excellence, product knowledge, and beverage-focused guest engagement.
n
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
n
- Assist with staffing, service planning, and venue performance initiatives.
