Job Description

East Gippsland Shire Council is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer for Omeo Service Centre. You will be the first point of contact, helping residents with face-to-face, phone and online inquiries and guiding them to Council and community services.

The role includes processing payments, responding to queries and supporting library, visitor information and Centrelink Agency services. It is a casual position based at the Omeo Service Centre with hours aligned to operations.
