Green Circle Growers is a leading Wholesale Plant Nursery in Arcadia NSW.

We are currently expanding and are looking for dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for an IMMEDIATE START.

n

The positions we have available are both as a Nursery Hand & Order Picker/Dispatch.

n

List of duties would include but not limited to the following:

n

- Selecting and picking plants for orders.
n
- Driving tractor and towing trailers etc.
n
- General nursery duties include but are not limited to potting, labelling, pruning, staking, fertilizing and weeding plants.
n

Successful applicants will:

n

n
- Be required on a full-time basis (Monday-Friday).
n
- Possess excellent vocal & written communication skills.
n
- Be fit and healthy as this role can be physically demanding.
n




- Be able to learn botanical names & varieties & differentiate between them.
n
- Be able to work within a team setting.
n
- Have a genuine interest in Horticulture.
n
- Have a valid driver's licence & own method of transportation.
n
- Hold Australian citizenship status for employment eligibility.
n

n

Experience & plant knowledge is preferred, but not essential as on the job training will be provided.

n

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors all year round in all weather conditions.
