We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solution Designer to lead the design, governance, and architecture assurance of AI, Data, and Automation solutions across a large enterprise environment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI adoption while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

What You'll Do

As the AI Solution Designer, you will act as the primary design authority across a broad AI portfolio, translating business opportunities into build-ready solutions and guiding them through architecture, security, and governance approvals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing AI, Data, and Automation solutions
- Producing architecture artefacts including HLSDs, SDDs, conceptual architectures, integration designs, and governance submissions
- Developing secure and scalable cloud-based architectures
- Leading architecture workshops and engaging with business and technology stakeholders
- Supporting Architecture Review Boards, Design Review Forums, and Security Governance processes
- Defining reusable architecture patterns, standards, and engineering accelerators
- Ensuring solutions align with cyber security, infrastructure, operational, and governance requirements

- Microsoft Azure,



Azure AI Services, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dataverse, AI Agents, RAG Architectures, Claude Code, Azure DevOps, DevSecOps and CI/CD Pipelines, Enterprise Cloud Security & Governance
- Proven experience in Solution Architecture or Senior Technical Design roles within large enterprise environments
- Robust cloud architecture expertise, particularly Microsoft Azure
- Experience with architecture governance frameworks and security review processes
- Ability to create build-ready solution designs
- Experience presenting to Architecture Review Boards and security governance forums
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
- Understanding of networking, identity management, security controls, and enterprise integrations

Highly Desirable

- Experience with AI and Generative AI solutions
- Copilot Studio and Power Platform design experience
- Knowledge of AI Agents, Vector Databases, and RAG architectures
- Experience designing AI-enabled enterprise solutions at scale
