Key Responsibilities
- Prepare,cook,andpresentmealsinaccordancewithrecipesandqualitystandards
- Inspectingredientstoensurefreshnessandqualitybeforeuse
- Assistwithmenuplanninganddailyspecials
- Portionandpresentfoodconsistentlytorequiredstandards
- Maintaincleanlinessofkitchenequipment,utensils,andworkareas
- Monitorcookingequipmentandensurecorrectoperatingtemperaturesthroughoutfoodpreparation
- Followfoodsafety,hygiene,HACCP,andworkplacehealthandsafetyprocedures
- Monitorstocklevels,storefoodcorrectly,andassistwithinventorycontrolandordering
- Workeffectivelywiththekitchenteamtoensuresmoothandefficientservice
- Minimisefoodwastewhilemaintainingcost-effectivekitchenoperations
- Supportaclean,organised,andproductivekitchenenvironment
Requirements & Eligibility
- CertificateIVinKitchenManagementoranequivalentqualificationispreferred
