Graduate Opportunity - Cargo Services Officer

AIRWAY GSA team is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cargo Services Officer to join our Sydney office in Mascot.

Working with a portfolio of international airline partners, you will gain hands-on experience across cargo operations, customer service, airline systems, and sales support while receiving comprehensive on-the-job training from experienced industry professionals. No airline, cargo, or logistics experience is required. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

The Role

As a Cargo Services Officer, you will support the day-to-day management of cargo operations for a range of international airline partners while developing a broad understanding of the air freight industry.

Basic Responsibilities

- Learn and use airline cargo reservation systems to manage bookings and cargo movements
- Complete accurate data entry and maintain operational records
- Assist with customer enquiries, quotations, invoicing, payments, and month-end reportingSupport flight planning and daily operational requirements across contracted airlines
- Assist with sales and marketing activities to help grow cargo revenue
